We're the Doodlebops
They are slowly taking over our house...
My thoughts, if Daddy has Marilyn Manson, Sydney can have The Doodlebops!
We're the Doodlebops!!!
Random, random, random...Thoughts of a new mother, trying to balance life, husband, motherhood, work, and remain sane.

You'll notice that they are dressed eerily similar to the aforementioned Marilyn Manson, only in pastels.
I know Squidley loves 'em, but I just FUCKING HATE the Doodlebops. I'll watch SpongeBob and Fairly Odd Parents all freakin' day, but the Dingusbops are nails on a chalkboard.
Ok, i am not even going to click on that video... i just know it is going to be some sugary song that will haunt me all day/night.
Awww, come on Steve!!! Give it a try, I have been singing this damn song all freaking day!
It seems to me that Manson and the Doodlebops might have more in common that it might seem on the surface. And, when my daughter was only a little older than Syd (3 or 4), she knew most of the words to "The Dope Show" and to this day I have no idea how or where she picked them up. We didn't own the CD and I was flipping through the channels and the video was on and I'd never even seen the video or heard the song and she just started belting it out.
No chance.
MM-
It is FRIGHTNING to think where she could have learned the lyrics to that song!!! I am afraid someday what Syd might come home singing after being in the car with Daddy all day.
At least Michael Moore doesn't make videos for the Doodlebops.
That's gotta be something good.
For the record, we don't listen to music when she's with me, and if the radio's even on, it's on the Ticket... so pipe down Russ.
I like to hear he talk and babble. It's cute.
You know, there's something pretty freaky about those doodlebops. I have issues with their hands. Very strange hands. Fortunately El can take them or leave them.
Hey, anybody seen Moe?
Don't pull the rope!
All Aboard! We're gonna take a bus ride! It's time to go! Let's get on the bus...
um, you must be crazy. I've never heard of this show before. Nope, not us Playhouse Disney freaks.
C'mon! Yeah! We're gonna take a bus ride!!
DEATH TO THEM ALL! lol I'd like to kick each one of their colored faces right off their shoulders! UGH! The kids have been watching them ever since they came out a year or so ago and I change the channel to Spongebob. No Doodlebops allowed on my 60 inch TV Sorry! LOL Obviously they've gotten away with it a few times by me quoting that top line.
